As the owner of Ryzing Fitness, I’m honored to build a space where strength, confidence, and community thrive. My background in Nutritional Science has shaped my belief that fitness should be about feeling strong and healthy- not just about losing weight. It's all about balance over here! Nothing inspires me more than seeing people embrace their power and realize that strong truly looks good on everyone.

Ryan Zingsheim
I am the Owner of Ryzing Fitness with my wife Katelynn. I have spent my whole life playing sports and being active, but after college is when I fell in love with fitness and helping others. I have been in the fitness industry since 2018. I try to have a well balanced approach to health and fitness. I love strength training but I’m equipped with the tools to service any client in front of me. My goal is to help you do more of the things that you love and to do them for a long time. I believe fitness is the key to achieving that.
It has been my dream since the beginning to own my own gym, in 2024 I made that dream come true. Come check out Ryzing Fitness and let us help you achieve your dreams too!

Personal Trainer/ Aqua Endurance Instructor
Justin Plesnik
There is nothing I enjoy more than helping others become their best self. Having been a coach since 2007, I have dedicated my life to understanding movement, mindset, nutrition and recovery to provide my clients with the insights they need to take charge of their wellness journey.
I spent the first half of my career obsessing on understanding movement, exercise physiology and biomechanics. This took me to Bali, Indonesia for close to 2 months studying with some of the best yoga instructors in the world. Blending that knowledge with other disciplines such as kettlebells, bodybuilding, martial arts and others, I take pride in helping my clients fall in love with fitness and movement.
The second half of my career I became more obsessed with the mind and why people do what they do. I am a Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Nutritionist and a Sleep/Stress and Recovery expert. I have also gone through a rigorous 200 hour life coaching program obtaining my Master level life coaching certification to aid my clients on navigating this thing called life.
At this point in my career I am working towards developing my life's work, Aqua Endurance. Ask anyone who loves the water and they will tell you it is their favorite workout ever. If you're looking for a fun and effective way to build strength and alleviate stress, hit me up! I am here for you.

Tyler Johnson
Hey, we all suck at something and that’s okay. I’m Tyler and my goal is to help you build foundational skills and develop better habits to help you suck a little less everyday so that, maybe someday, you won’t suck at all. I’ve been coaching athletes and beginners of all levels for over 5 years. My passion for fitness really started in CrossFit. Having struggled for years with my weight, motivation, and self esteem, I found the most valuable contribution to success was the people around me. I’m here to find the training that works best for you. I know it can be overwhelming trying to find that “perfect” routine at the gym. My approach to training starts with the basics to build up strength, skills and knowledge. I like to use a combination of fundamental movements to create dynamic and fun workouts.

Anthony Anderson
Background: Hi my name is Anthony Anderson, I have been a personal trainer for over three years now! A little about me, I was born and raised in central Wisconsin where I attended the D.C. Everest school district. I grew up playing soccer and eventually fell in love with running. I spent 13 years of my life being a competitive runner, from 6th grade through my 5th year of college, where I graduated with my Bachelors of Science degree in Exercises Sciences with a concentration in Strength and conditioning coaching from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. I currently do a variety of exercise myself with traditional strength training, jiu jitsu, kickboxing, ultimate frisbee, and the occasional run!
Why I wanted to become a trainer: Throughout my childhood and into adulthood, I have been involved in some sort of sport or physical activity, so I knew I wanted to do something in this line of work. The reason I wanted to become a trainer is because of the volunteer work I did with my parents' personal trainer. I fell in love with the community aspect of the gym they went to and the rest is history! I love all styles of training, and have worked with clients ranging from building strength and muscle size, to losing weight and getting into better shape, and to clients who know they just need to do something to help keep them active.
Education and Certs: I have my B.S. in Exercise Sciences and I have my personal training certification through NSCA. I am always looking to expand my knowledge so be on the lookout for more certs to come!

Golf Instructor
Kody Koehn
Hello, my name is Kody Koehn. Born and raised in the Waukesha area, I graduated from Kettle Moraine High School in 2019. During my time there, I had the privilege of playing on the golf team where I competed at the state level both my junior and senior years, which was one of the highlights of my high school experience. After graduation, I decided to pursue a degree in marketing with an emphasis in sales, studying at both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

While my academic journey was important, my true passion has always been in the golf industry. When the opportunity arose to become an assistant golf professional, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my dream. It was a big decision, but one I haven’t looked back on. For the past two years, I’ve been fortunate to work as the Assistant Golf Professional at The Legend at Merrill Hills, where I’ve been able to combine my love for the game with my professional skills. I’m excited to continue in this role moving forward and look forward to growing both personally and professionally in the industry I’m so passionate about.

Currently, I am pursuing my PGA membership, and I am enrolled in Level 1 of the Professional Golf Management program. Additionally, I am working toward certification in TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) to further enhance my expertise in golf performance and instruction.

Over the last 12 months, I’ve focused most of my attention on growing my private lesson business. Doing over 320 lessons this year, I’m dedicated to providing knowledge to all levels of golfers. My sole goal for my students is for them to be their own instructor over time. Each one of my lessons is concluded with a video analysis of their golf swing. That analysis includes adjustments we made during our session as well as drills we worked on and drills the student should continue to work on between sessions. Over time, my students will accumulate a personalized bank of videos on how to correct flaws in their golf swing and will always be able to refer back to them, even when I’m not there.
